This blog is run by a self-proclaimed music encyclopedia (I made listening to music my personality back in elementary school, and it’s stuck ever since). I grew up with a dad who was basically the original edition and taught me that music isn’t just something you passively listen to, its an art you critique, you revisit, and you attempt to understand. With this philosophy in mind, I never truly saw music as a one dimensional concept, it had layers, and to truly find meaning behind it meant uncovering several layers until your discovery satisfied you.

With all these analogies being said, music is extremely diverse and interpretive. My job in this blog is to provide enough substantial knowledge, uncover a fundamental set of layers for you, the viewer, to interpret or discover what you would like about a genre, an album, or a song.

I don’t own any music featured here and all my opinions are personal. All songs mentioned here belong to their artists and all genres are up for your interpretation.
